I truly love these capsules it’s easier to carry in my bag so I don’t forget to take them. I feel the difference from how I wake up and feel a bit more energetic and I know what I’m putting into my body! I’m not always up to date on my other vitamins so me replacing these instead was so much better then before.

My skin feels more moisturized when I use this product. There is a little bit of a distinct smell to it, considering that you are dealing with raw shea butter. Overall it does what its supposed to do.
